Booking And Cancelation Policies

Due to weather conditions, wildlife, and unforeseen circumstances, the following policies ensure clarity, fairness, and smooth operation for all tour participants.

All reservations must be confirmed in advance.
Only very strong rain with storm qualify as a cancellation reason. But tours can be adjusted, rescheduled, or modified.
Wildlife activity can vary depending on weather conditions.
Wildlife activity can change depending on weather conditions.
All experiences take place in natural environments, wildlife sightings is not total guaranteed.
If the client is not ready at pickup, waiting time is limited.
The tour may be shortened or canceled due to late pickups.
Failure to show up at the agreed time results in no refund.
48+ hours before the tour → 100% refund (free cancellation).
24–48 hours before the tour → 50% refund, minus a 5% transaction fee.
Less than 24 hours before the tour → No refund.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Clients must inform us in advance of: Special assistance needs, Medical conditions, Mobility limitations.
